Clients are required to provide access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make arrangements to return and re-clean the overlooked areas.
5. Liability
While we take the utmost care while cleaning your home or office, accidents can transpire. Our company is fully bonded and insured to protect against significant damage.
